House Bill 355 – Allegany County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt – Allegany County – Greenway Avenue Stadium<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the<br />

proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors <strong>of</strong> the Allegany County<br />

Public Schools Foundation, Inc. for certain development or improvement<br />

purposes; providing for disbursement <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds, subject to a<br />

requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a<br />

deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds; and providing<br />

generally for the issuance and sale <strong>of</strong> bonds evidencing the loan.<br />

House Bill 356 – Washington County Delegation<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Washington County – Alcoholic Beverages Licenses – Administrative Proceedings<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> adding Washington County to the list <strong>of</strong> counties in which the<br />

granting <strong>of</strong> probation before judgment to an alcoholic beverages licensee for<br />

selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to an underage individual does not bar<br />

the board <strong>of</strong> license commissioners from proceeding administratively against the<br />

licensee for the violation; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licensees<br />

in Washington County.<br />

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,<br />
