AN ACT concerning<br />

Natural Resources – Forest Conservation – Net Tract Area<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> altering the definition <strong>of</strong> “net tract area” for forest conservation<br />

requirements and forest mitigation bank credits to include certain forested areas <strong>of</strong><br />

100–year floodplains or wetlands under certain circumstances; including in the<br />

definition <strong>of</strong> “net tract area” a nontidal wetland, stream buffer, and the forested<br />

area <strong>of</strong> a 100–year floodplain or wetland under certain circumstances; providing<br />

for the application <strong>of</strong> this Act; and generally relating to the forest conservation<br />

program.<br />

Election Law – Prerecorded Phone Messages – Sponsor Identification<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting a person from failing to ensure that certain messages<br />

relating to a candidate, campaign, or political committee meet certain<br />

requirements; prohibiting a person from sending a certain message that does not<br />

provide a certain telephone number or address; providing for certain penalties for<br />

willful and knowing violation <strong>of</strong> the requirements <strong>of</strong> this Act; defining certain<br />

terms; and generally relating to identification requirements for prerecorded or<br />

artificial phone messages using autodialer telephone equipment.<br />
