AN ACT concerning
Workers’ Compensation – Montgomery County Correctional Officers – Medical

FOR the purpose of clarifying the date on which a Montgomery County correctional
officer is considered to begin eligibility for the presumption for heart disease or
hypertension under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the application
of a certain occupational disease presumption under the workers’ compensation
law.
