House Bill 460 – Delegates Vallario and Proctor
AN ACT concerning
Creation of a State Debt – Prince George’s County – Brandywine North Keys
Community Park
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baden Aquasco
Little League, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes; providing
for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee
provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance
or expenditure of the loan proceeds; and providing generally for the issuance and
sale of bonds evidencing the loan.

Prostate Cancer Pilot Program
FOR the purpose of establishing the Prostate Cancer Pilot Program; requiring the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to identify certain jurisdictions in the
State in which to operate the Program; providing for the purpose of the Program;
providing for eligibility for the Program; requiring the Program to provide certain
services to a certain number of individuals; requiring the Program to provide
certain services and activities; providing for the funding of the Program; requiring
the Department to distribute certain grants; requiring the Department to make a
certain report to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before a
certain date; defining certain terms; providing for the termination of this Act; and
generally relating to the Prostate Cancer Pilot Program.
