AN ACT concerning<br />

Alternate Contributory Pension Selection – Participation<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> providing that certain retirees <strong>of</strong> the Employees’ Pension System or<br />

the Teachers’ Pension System who retired during a certain period <strong>of</strong> time shall<br />

receive a retirement allowance based on a certain alternate contributory pension<br />

selection and certain retroactive payments; and generally relating to participation<br />

in the alternate contributory pension selection <strong>of</strong> the Employees’ Pension System<br />

and the Teachers’ Pension System.<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> making provisions that authorize eligible organizations to own or<br />

operate slot machines applicable statewide; altering the definition <strong>of</strong> “eligible<br />

organization” to make it applicable to a nonpr<strong>of</strong>it organization that has been<br />

located in the State for a certain number <strong>of</strong> years before the organization applies
