AN ACT concerning
Alternate Contributory Pension Selection – Participation
FOR the purpose of providing that certain retirees of the Employees’ Pension System or
the Teachers’ Pension System who retired during a certain period of time shall
receive a retirement allowance based on a certain alternate contributory pension
selection and certain retroactive payments; and generally relating to participation
in the alternate contributory pension selection of the Employees’ Pension System
and the Teachers’ Pension System.
