AN ACT concerning<br />

Educational or Scientific Certificates – Collection <strong>of</strong> Mollusks – Restrictions<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> prohibiting the holder <strong>of</strong> a certain educational or scientific certificate<br />

issued by the Secretary <strong>of</strong> Natural Resources from collecting and depositing<br />

mollusks in certain areas; requiring the Secretary to adopt certain regulations; and<br />

generally relating to educational or scientific certificates to collect fish, fish eggs,<br />

crustaceans, or mollusks.<br />

AN ACT concerning<br />

Creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt – Baltimore County – Forbush School<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> authorizing the creation <strong>of</strong> a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the<br />

proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board <strong>of</strong> Trustees <strong>of</strong> Sheppard Pratt Health<br />

System, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes; providing for<br />

disbursement <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee<br />

provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance<br />

or expenditure <strong>of</strong> the loan proceeds; and providing generally for the issuance and<br />

sale <strong>of</strong> bonds evidencing the loan.
