Subsequent Sexual Offenders – Parole Elimination<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> eliminating parole eligibility for sexual <strong>of</strong>fenders who are serving<br />

terms <strong>of</strong> imprisonment for certain <strong>of</strong>fenses against minors committed on or after a<br />

certain date after having been previously convicted <strong>of</strong> certain sexual <strong>of</strong>fenses<br />

against minors; and generally relating to the parole eligibility <strong>of</strong> subsequent sexual<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenders.<br />

FOR the purpose <strong>of</strong> requiring that each campaign finance report filed by a campaign<br />

finance entity that is a slate include information regarding certain expenditures<br />

made on behalf <strong>of</strong>, or for the benefit <strong>of</strong>, certain candidates on the slate; and<br />

generally relating to the disclosure <strong>of</strong> information on campaign finance reports<br />

filed by a slate regarding the actual or intended beneficiaries <strong>of</strong> certain<br />

expenditures made by the slate.<br />
