Security Tab With the Security tab, you can change the default security of the document you are profiling. An example of the Security Tab is shown below: View Profile The following procedure will allow you to view the Profile of a document selected from a list in Desktop Enabler Plus. Edit Profile 202 Domino.Doc User Guide Procedure To view the Profile of a document perform the following steps: 1. Highlight the appropriate document. 2. Click on File - Properties - View Profile. The Profile form will appear. 3. View Profile. 4. To view Security, click the Security tab. 3. Edit Profile as needed. Click OK. 4. Decide how the document should be saved to the library and click OK. The document is now saved to the Domino.Doc library. Duplicate The following procedure will allow you to make a duplicate of an existing document in Desktop Enabler Plus. About the Document Icons Procedure To make a duplicate, perform the following steps: 1. Highlight the appropriate document. 2. Click on Edit - Duplicate. The Profile form will appear. Note You must choose the location (Cabinet/Binder) for your new 3. document prior to changing its security. Edit Profile as needed. Click OK. 4. Decide how the document should be saved to the library (version v. draft, etc.) and click OK. The document is now saved to the Domino.Doc library.
