I can’t download any files from Internet Explorer
If you are using Internet Explorer to access a secure site (HTTPS protocol), you
may get an error message, or the browser may just leave the File Download
box open and not do the download, when you try to open a document.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.x or 5.x:
1. Access View - Internet Options, or Tools - Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Security section.
4. Remove the check mark from the box for “Do not save encrypted pages
to disk.”
5. Click OK.
