200 Neither priest nor bishop nor even pope
are able to absolve such a one.

205 Tidy thy house well with every day.
Be diligent in all thou dost.
And may penitence be thy work.
Praise God after finishing each chore.
209 Always deal with the good,
for with the bad canst thou only beget ill.
Do not to others which thou wouldst not want for thyself.
Do not fail to do what thou wouldst want for thyself;
may he who wishes salvation follow this law.
The Ten Commandments
214 Worship but one God, love Him above all else;
Thou shalt not take His name in vain;
Thou shalt keep the feast days and Sabbath holy;
Thou shalt honour thy father and thy mother to live a long life;
Thou shalt not kill nor hate anyone;
Thou shalt not steal nor possess other than thine own;
Thou shalt not bear false witness;
Thou shalt not desire the wife or daughter of another.;
Nor their possession s unless warranted.
224 These are the commandments given by God.
Let us observe them to be saved by them.
The universal judgement
226 As they do not ponder the universal judgement,
they live ever blissfully in sin.
Let us be forewarned lest we should be lost on that day,
for then shall none of us have time.
'Tis wisest to reflect upon it well.
231 Hark, hark, all are to be judged! .
The Supreme Creator of heaven and earth
is come to judge the world harshly.
