FAW 155F1 Tennis I<br />

Fundamentals of tennis intended for the novice or player with limited experience. Includes key components of tennis,<br />

fundamental stroke development, and game management.<br />

Continuation of FAW 155F1. Includes review of the key components of tennis, fundamental strokes, shot variations, and<br />

This course is intended for players with some playing experience who wish to refine physical skills and mental strategies<br />

to improve performance.<br />

Recreational competitive play with more emphasis on game strategy is stressed.<br />

Introduction to Folk, Free-Style, and Greco-Roman wrestling. Includes key components of wrestling, match strategies, and<br />

conditioning, safety, and hygiene.<br />

This course is intended for students with varying degrees of experience in wrestling and a desire to improve their own<br />

knowledge and skill in the sport.<br />

Emphasis on development of fundamental offensive and defensive combative skills in drills and match-like situations.<br />
