Continuation of RAD 173LC. Includes routine and special radiographic procedures, trauma and mobile radiography,
osseous pathology, and pediatric radiography.

Competency-based assignments, concepts of patient-centered clinical practice and professional development shall be
discussed, examined, performed and evaluated under the supervision of a certified Radiologic Technologist. The clinical
practicum incorporates critical analysis, integration, synthesis and evaluation of concepts and theories in the performance
of radiographic procedures.

RAD 177LC Clinical Education III

Continuation of RAD 176LC. Includes routine and special radiographic procedures, mobile radiography, emergency
department procedures, and observation and assisting in fluoroscopic procedures.

Continuation of RAD 174. Includes radiographic positioning and fluroscopic procedures of the urinary system,
pharmacodynamics of radiopaque contrast media, intravenous drug administration technique (venipuncture), the digestive
system, and the biliary system.
