The <strong>ITT</strong>933 element is a dual four-input extender.<br />

The <strong>ITT</strong>933 consists <strong>of</strong> two independent diode<br />

arrays identical in every respect to the input diodes<br />

<strong>of</strong> the DTL gates and buffer elements. It can be<br />

used to e)(tend the fan-in capability to more than<br />

20 without adversely affecting the noise immunity<br />

or load driving capability <strong>of</strong> the elements to which<br />

they. are connected. Good practice dictates that<br />

extension interconnection paths be as short as<br />

possible to minimize the effects <strong>of</strong> distributed<br />

capacitance on circuit performance. The <strong>ITT</strong>933<br />

has a typical input capacitance <strong>of</strong> 2pf and an output<br />

capacitance <strong>of</strong> 5pf.<br />

The <strong>ITT</strong>933 can extend the fan-in <strong>of</strong> the <strong>ITT</strong>930.<br />

932.944. and 901 elements.<br />

in 1/4" x 1/4" flatpack is highly dependent<br />

upon contact surfaces or air flow and on lead<br />

attachment and thermal paths thru leads, as<br />

well as number <strong>of</strong> soldered leads.<br />
