These open-collector NAND gates feature high output<br />

voltage ratings for interfacing with lowthreshold-voltage<br />

M OS logic circuits or other 12-<br />

volt systems. Although the output is rated to withstand<br />

15 volts, the V CC terminal is connected to the<br />

standard 5-volt source. The output transistor will<br />

sink 16 milliamperes while maintaining a low-level<br />

output voltage <strong>of</strong> 0.4 volt maximum thus providing<br />

a high-fan-out driver with the nominal power dissipation<br />

<strong>of</strong> standard Series 54174 gates.<br />

The <strong>ITT</strong>5426 is characterized for operation over the<br />

full military temperature range <strong>of</strong> -55°C to<br />

125°C; the <strong>ITT</strong>7426 is characterized for operation<br />

from O°C to 70°C.<br />
