TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Small Memory Systems
This application demonstrates an improved
method of sensing data from relatively small
memory systems. Two individual core planes,
usually consisting of 4096 cores each, can be
interfaced by each of the dual-channel ITT7524
or ITT7525 sense amplifiers, see Figure K.
Standard TTL or DTL integrated circuits, driven
directly from the compatible sense-amplifier
outputs, may be selected to serve as the memory
data register (MDR).
