This Series 54174 TTL gate provides the system designer<br />

with direct implementation <strong>of</strong> the positive<br />

AND or negative OR functions .<br />

.The ITI5421 IITI7 421 with totem-pole outputs,<br />

drives 10 normalized Series 54174 loads at the low<br />

output level and 20 loads at the high output level.<br />

The ITI 5421 is characterized for operation over the<br />

full military temperature r;~nge <strong>of</strong> -55°C to 125°C;<br />

the <strong>ITT</strong>7421 is characterized for operation from<br />

OOCto 70°C.<br />
