The ITT50B is a monolithic integrated circuit
which is designed to provide the interface
between MOS integrated circuits and Light
Emitting Diodes.
The ITT50B is ideally suited for use in serially
addressed multidigit displays. This time
multiplexed system using a segment address
and digit scan method of LED drive,
minimizes the drivers required.

Pin Configuration
The ITT50B when used with the ITT509
requires only two IC packages to drive eight
digits, seven segments and one decimal.

The ITT50B contains eight independent
drivers, each capable of sinking 40mA with a
Vol of .45 volts. The maximum input current of
400uA is all that is required to sink 40mA.
