The <strong>ITT</strong>331 consists <strong>of</strong> two arrays <strong>of</strong> H,NiL input<br />

diodes which are used on the expander<br />

inputs <strong>of</strong> HINIL devices. Two 8.2K nominal resistors<br />

are also available on the chip, allowing<br />

the 331 to be used as a second level dual<br />

S-input AND gate.<br />
