EXPANDER,
The ITT331 consists of two arrays of H,NiL input
diodes which are used on the expander
inputs of HINIL devices. Two 8.2K nominal resistors
are also available on the chip, allowing
the 331 to be used as a second level dual
S-input AND gate.
