Monolithic integrated circuit, e.g. for the voltage-stabilized<br />

drive <strong>of</strong> clocks and for the<br />

stabilization <strong>of</strong> the operating point in transistor<br />

circuits. The circuit comprises the operating<br />

transistor T1 (see fig. 2) and a control<br />

circuit for the stabilization <strong>of</strong> the output voltag<br />

e VaN to 1.1 V.<br />

Normally the TAA780 is delivered with vertical<br />

leads (Fig. 1 a, add suffix "A" to the type No.).<br />

Upon special request, it is also available with<br />

horizontal leads (Fig. 1 b, add suffix "6" to thE'<br />

type No.).<br />

All characteristics and maximum ratings indicated<br />

below refer to the test circuit (Fig. 2)<br />

shown on page 30. The figure 0 in the index<br />

<strong>of</strong> some characteristics means that in this<br />

case all other terminals are open.<br />
