QUAD 2-INPUT (2 EXPANDABLE) NAND GATE
The ITT324 expandable Quad two input nand
gate is a basic building block featuring collector
OR-able passive pull-up outputs. Nominal
fanout is five, but fanout can be increased to
seven by addition of an external 10Kn pull-up
resistor.
