The <strong>ITT</strong>243/244 is a diode switch with low<br />

dynamic impedance in the ON-stage over a<br />

wide frequency range <strong>of</strong> 1 M Hz to 1000 MHz<br />

and low capacitance in the OFF-stage. The<br />

application for this device is switching <strong>of</strong><br />

channels or bands in high frequency circuitry,<br />

especially in television tuners.<br />
