The ITT243/244 is a diode switch with low
dynamic impedance in the ON-stage over a
wide frequency range of 1 M Hz to 1000 MHz
and low capacitance in the OFF-stage. The
application for this device is switching of
channels or bands in high frequency circuitry,
especially in television tuners.
