Colegio Bilingüe Madison is a group of schools with more
than 35 years of experience building enduring learning in its
community. Internationally certified academic standards,
collaborative work, positive attitude and principled values are
highly regarded at our schools.
Madison La Herradura belongs to the Madison Group of
Schools in Mexico, which has campuses in different Mexican
states: Nuevo León, Coahuila, Veracruz and Chihuahua.
Madison La Herradura is located in the southern area of
Monterrey, an industrial and modern city in north-eastern
Mexico. The city is anchor to the third-largest metropolitan
area in Mexico. Its economic, cultural and social influence
makes it one of Mexico’s most developed cities with the
highest per capita income in the nation.
Madison Group of Schools provides a first class education
for students and gives children a head start in the modern
world by taking their English skills to the next higher level.
Madison’s superb bilingual program teaches children English
in their most formative years.
As part of our international profile we encourage our
students to participate in different programmes that nurture
their development, such as:
• Jason Project: science project that requires participants to
study global issues.
• The British English Olympics (BEO): an overseas language
competition that takes the student’s English skills to the
next level through immersion and teamwork, and opens
the student’s horizons to different cultures and ideas.
• Odyssey of the Mind: is an international problem solving
contest that encourages creative thinking skills.
• Model United Nations: academic simulation of this
international organization, which aims to educate
participants about effective communication, globalization
and multilateral diplomacy.
Madison La Herradura proudly boasts some of the best
student facilities in Monterrey such as computer and science
labs, video and conference halls, library, cafeteria, music and
art rooms, and substantial sports fields that are all staffed by
teachers committed to creating a fun and interesting learning
environment for the children. The school offers extracurricular
classes ranging from guitar lessons to sports teams, as well as
after hours academic tuition for students who need a little extra
help. No less important is Madison’s dedication to the safety
and wellbeing of the children, providing excellent security
features that will give every parent and child peace of mind.
We encourage diversity and internationalism and therefore
we welcome students, teachers and families from any religion
and nationality.
