IB Governance
IB Board of Governors
The IB is governed by a Board of Governors, whose
members are elected by the Board on nominations
presented by the governance committee. Membership
comprises of a diversity of gender, culture and
geography with experience from both the business
and academic worlds. Board members (with the
exception of the Director General) are volunteers and
receive no payment for their time or work on the
Board.
