Our mission is to provide a holistic education that develops<br />

the capacities of a human being with liberty, truth and love.<br />

Our philosophy is founded on the pedagogical ideas of<br />

Federico Froebel and advances the intention of developing the<br />

intellectual, physical, social and emotional capacities of its<br />

students in an environment of ethical analysis where liberty,<br />

truth and love are the guiding values.<br />

Our students are bilingual (Spanish/English) and at 14 they<br />

begin to learn French.<br />

At the preparatory level the students consolidate their<br />

preparation for university and for life. We want them to be<br />

conscious of their skills and knowledge and to act as<br />

exemplary learned people: creative, responsible, critical and<br />

capable of contributing ideas and solutions.<br />

This time is important, as it involves guiding them to define<br />

themselves and their goals, assuring them a personality that is<br />

open, avid to learn and committed to leadership.<br />

We are committed to obtaining highly qualified teachers<br />

and providing them with training both in and out of the<br />

country. The maximum class size is 28 students per group,<br />

which allows us to get to know each one, accompanying them<br />

through the critical moments of change in their lives, when<br />

many of their key decisions are made.<br />

In regards to a holistic education, development in all areas<br />

is important. Because of this, we offer activities related to<br />

sports, art, culture and recreation, all of which allow for social<br />

consciousness, interest in culture and peer integration, as well<br />

maturation in all aspects.<br />

As an educational project with an international perspective,<br />

we cover knowledge of cultures of the world without<br />

disregarding our own, which is why the secondary school takes<br />

various trips – both international and regional – and holds<br />

social events to make the students’ learning more significant,<br />

both within and without the state of Oaxaca.<br />
