His passion to help the Bahraini children to become highly
educated citizens with international mindset led Mr
Mohammed Moosa Al’Aali (in June 1996) to found a school
providing learners with quality education and opportunities
for academic and intellectual excellence. He named it Arabian
Pearl Gulf (APG) School, identifying it with Bahrain as the
Pearl of the Gulf.
Since then, APG, with emphasis on morals and values, has
grown steadily, offering its quality educational services to
Bahraini and non-Bahraini students who share a genuine
desire and strong capability to meet the school’s high
standards.
From 120 students, APG has expanded significantly to over
1200 learners from preschool to grade 12 and has been
authorized to offer international certificates such as the IGCSE
for grades 9 and 10 and the IB Diploma Programme for grades
11 and 12. Students who have successfully completed the
grade 12 level earn a national certificate recognized by the
Ministry of Education, and simultaneously the IB diploma for
those who have passed the IB qualifying examinations.
APG’s graduates have received prestigious scholarships and
guaranteed acceptance in various universities abroad. APG
continuously explores scholarship opportunities and liaises
with national and international organizations and institutions
