Ilfaudrait donc préciser et dire: qu’il pourraêtre considéré comme connaissementembarqué s’il contient les mentions prévuesà l’article 3 paragraphe 3.[126]Mr. Ripert recalled, in regard to article3(7), that it has been agreed during aprevious session that the “received forshipment” document, if it has been annotatedby the captain, was equivalent toa shipped bill of lading, but only on conditionthat it contained the informationprovided for in article 3(3). However, thetext seemed to allow the simple inclusionof the name of the ship. It was thereforenecessary to state more clearly that itcould be deemed a shipped bill of ladingif it contained the information providedfor in article 3(3).
