Elles peuvent aussi, en seconformant à ces dispositions, dénoncerla présente Convention séparément pourl’un ou plusieurs des Dominions autonomes,colonies, possessions, protectoratsou territoires d’outre-mer se trouvantsous leur souveraineté ou autorité.Article 14.A l’égard des Etats qui auront participéau premier dépôt de ratifications, laprésente Convention produira effet un anaprès la date du procès-verbal de ce dépôt.Quant aux Etats qui la ratifieront ultérieurementou qui y adhéreront, ainsique dans les cas où la mise en vigueur sefera ultérieurement et selon l’article 12,alinéa 2, elle produira effet six moinsaprès que les notifications prévues à l’article11, alinéa 2, et à l’article 12, alinéa 2,auront été reçues par le Gouvernementbelge.Article 15.S’il arrivait qu’un des Etats Contractantsvoulût dénoncer la présenteConvention, la dénonciation sera notifiéepar écrit au Gouvernement belge, quicommuniquera immédiatement copiecertifiée conforme de la notification àtous les autres Etats, en leur faisant savoirla date à laquelle il l’a reçue.La dénonciation produira ses effets àl’égard de l’état seul qui l’aura notifiée etun an après que la notification en seraparvenue au Gouvernement belge.Article 16.Chaque Etat Contractant aura la facultéde provoquer la réunion d’une nouvelleconférence, dans le but de rechercherles améliorations qui pourraient êtreapportées à la présente Convention.Celui des Etats qui ferait usage de cettefaculté aurait à notifier un an à l’avanceson intention aux autres Etats, par l’in-They may also denounce the conventionseparately in accordance with its provisionsin respect of any self-governingDominion, or any colony, overseas possession,protectorate or territory undertheir sovereignty or authority.Article 14.The present Convention shall take effect,in the case of the States which havetaken part in the first deposit of ratification,one year after the date of the protocolrecording such deposit. As respectsthe States which ratify subsequently orwhich accede, and also in cases in whichthe Convention is subsequently put intoeffect in accordance with Article 13, itshall take effect six months after the notificationsspecified in paragraph 2 ofArticle 11 and paragraph 2 of Article 12have been received by the Belgian Government.Article 15.In the event of one of the ContractingStates wishing to denounce the presentConvention, the denunciation shall benotified in writing to the Belgian Government,which shall immediately communicatea duly certified copy of the notificationto all the other States, informingthem of the date on which it was received.The denunciation shall only operatein respect of the State which made thenotification, and on the expiry of oneyear after the notification has reachedthe Belgian Government.Article 16.Any one of the Contracting Statesshall have the right to call for a fresh conferencewith a view to considering possibleamendments.A State which would exercise thisright should notify its intention to theother States through the Belgian Government,which would make arrange-
