C. Warranty: Sample of special warranty.
1.8 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS
A. Operation and Maintenance Data: For dehumidification units to include in emergency,
operation, and maintenance manuals.
1.9 MAINTENANCE MATERIAL SUBMITTALS
A. Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective
covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.
1. Filters: One set(s) of each type of filter specified.
2. Fan Belts: One set(s) for each belt-drive fan.
1.10 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. Electrical Components, Devices, and Accessories: Listed and labeled as defined in NFPA 70, by
a qualified testing agency, and marked for intended location and application.
B. ASHRAE Compliance:
1. Applicable requirements in ASHRAE 62.1, Section 5, "Systems and Equipment" and
Section 7, "Construction and Startup."
2. Applicable requirements in ASHRAE 15, "Safety Standard for Refrigeration Systems."
C. ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1 Compliance: Applicable requirements in ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1, Section 6,
"Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning."
1.11 COORDINATION
A. Coordinate sizes and locations of concrete bases. Cast anchor-bolt inserts into bases.
B. Coordinate installation of roof curbs, equipment supports, and roof penetrations.
