The President, Alderman Mallard presiding.
Aldermen Ryan, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall,
Butler, Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president Brady present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed
with under a suspension of the rules and records
approved by yea and nay vote, Aldermen Ryan, McCarthy,
Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall, Butler, Capuano, Whitney, Vicepresident
Srady and the President, 10, voting in the
affirmative; Alderman Kurd, 1, being absent at this stage
of the meeting.

Received a Special Venire for the drawing of six men
to serve as traverse jurors at the Superior Court, now in
session at Cambridgei the persons so drawn to appear and
attend at the second session of said Court, on Tuesday, the
twentieth day of April, 1948, at 10 A.M. (Criminal business)
The box containing the names being shaken and the
slips or ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen
Hall and Reynolds, being designated for that purpose, drew
