The President, Alderman Mallard, presiding.
Alderaen Ryan, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall,
Butler, Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president Brady present*
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed
with under a suspension of the rules and records
approved by yea and nay vote. Aldermen Ryan, McCarthy,
Reynolds, Hall, Capuano, Whitney, Vice-president Brady and
the President, 8, voting in the affirmative; Aldermen Kurd,
Stackpole and Butler, 3, being absent at this stage of the
meeting.

Due notice pf the hearings having baen given by
the City Clerk in the manner provided by law and provided
"by ordinance, hearings were given for all persons desiring
to be heard on the following:
Podakins Service Station for a used car dealer's license, 74567

Washington Auto Service for a used car ,dealerj_s_lic_ens,e_, 74568
2nd class, at 568 Somerville Ave.
In the matter of the petition of Dodakins Service
Station for a used car dealer's license, 2nd class, at 191
Beacon Street, Lloyd Dyken, 73 Park St., and Anthony Kana,
17 Morgan St., appeared in objection. Charles Dodakins,
petitioner, appeared in favor.
In the matter of the petition of Washington Auto
Service for a used car dealer's license, 2nd class, at 368
Somerville Avenue, John O'Connell, 44 Florence St., peti-
tioner, and Aubrey Sstabrook, 1 Washington St., appeared
in favor.
No other persons interested, appearing and de-
siring to be heard, the hearings were closed.
