I_respectfully. request your appj?pv;al to the appropriation of $7500.00 to Highways, Special" Item, for oiling, sealing, etc., certain ways in all the different Wards of the City. This kind of work has not been done in this city for many years, although each year in Medford and other municipalities considerable money is expended for this purpose, which is a very good investment.
