the members of the Board of Aldermen, be granted by his
honor the Mayor to the Recreation Commission and the_
Secretary of the Commission on the matter of his constant
violation of the City Ordinance requiring the lettering
of City own ed vehicles .

as described, a piece of land situated on: northwesterly
and westerly by Bean Terrace, again northwesterly by _land
of Albano and Albano, northeasterly by land of Boston Co-
operative_Bank and land of jjeavitt, southeasterly by land
of Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, and southwesterly
by other land of Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, for
the sum not ^xceeding one ($1.00) dollar.

In view of the increasing cosja
of the necessaries of life, the Bpjxrd .of Public Welfare
is requested to consider the granting of an Increase of
3-3 per cent to the monthly allowance for recipients of
Welfare, so as to permit the same increase for cost of
living adjustment affecting all of our people, as will
be granted Justly to the recipients of Old Age Assistance
and Aid to Dependent children in the near future.
