DRAWING OF SEATS
In the matter of drawing seats for the year, it was
voted that the rules_be suspended in eo far as they affect
the seat of Vice-president* and that the Vloe-prefildent be
given «eat Ho. 10 .
The Board then proceeded with the drawing «f eeate
as provided by the rules, Alderman Butler drawing and read-
ing the numbers and Alderman Kurd drawing and reading the
names*
