Regular meeting of the Board of
Aldermen, City Hall, Somerville,
October 8, 1948, 8 P.M.
The President, Alderman Mallard, presiding.
Alderman Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole,
Hall, Butler, Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president
Brady present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed
with under a suspension of the rules and records
approved by yea and nay vote, Aldennen Ryan, Radochia,
McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall, Capuano, Whitney,
Vice-president Brady and the President, 10, voting in the
affirmative; Alderman Butler, 1, being absent at this stage
of the meeting.
HEARINGS
Due notice of the hearings having been given, by the
City Clerk in the manner pro.vided by law and provided by
ordinance, hearings were given for all persons desiring to
be heard on the following:

In the matter of the petition of Clarendon Motors
for a used car dealer's license at 18 Clarendon Avenue,
V. R. Torres, 105 Summer St., Somerville, petitioner, and
Joseph Boroao* 63 Maynard St,, Arlington, appeared in favor.
In the matter of the petition of Ig^dan Motors for
a used car dealer's license at 30R Broadway, Daniel
Capriottl, petitioner, 44 Pearl St., appeared in favor.
