I respectfully .request the'
approval of your Honorable Board to a special appropriation
of fourte'en ^thousand two hundred eighty-seven dollars and
sixteen cents (§14^287.16) to the Sanitary Department, _
'Labor Account^ to cover the amount spent on labor in excess
of the" amount" allowed in the Budget for the months of
January, February and March. The above amount was spent
for extra help and overtime necessitated by the storms and
cold weather.
