approval <strong>of</strong> your Honorable Board to a special appropriation<br />

<strong>of</strong> fourte'en ^thousand two hundred eighty-seven dollars and<br />

sixteen cents (§14^287.16) to the Sanitary Department, _<br />

'Labor Account^ to cover the amount spent on labor in excess<br />

<strong>of</strong> the" amount" allowed in the Budget for the months <strong>of</strong><br />

January, February and March. The above amount was spent<br />

for extra help and overtime necessitated by the storms and<br />

cold weather.<br />
