promote and aid through fellowships and scholarships, in<br />

and education <strong>of</strong> the cerebral palsied. To foster<br />

the establishment <strong>of</strong> training centers for the cerebral<br />

palsied. To foster a normal outlook for the cerebral<br />

palsied. To promote the employment <strong>of</strong> the cerebral palsied;<br />

to provide scholarships and endowments for the care, rehabilitation<br />

and education- <strong>of</strong> the cerebral palsied. To cooperate<br />

with governmental and private agencies concerned with the<br />

welfare <strong>of</strong> the physically handicapped. To carry out the<br />

aforesaid purposes solely for beneficent purposes and entirely<br />

without pecuniary gain, benefit or pr<strong>of</strong>it to the<br />

corporation or its members, <strong>of</strong>ficers and directors, to.<br />

be located in the city <strong>of</strong> Boston, Mass* Said application<br />

being accompanied by -a report from the Chief <strong>of</strong> police<br />

stating that upon investigation they fail to find any<br />

record <strong>of</strong> the above mentioned persons ever having been<br />

engaged in the illegal selling <strong>of</strong> intoxicating liquors<br />

or in the keeping <strong>of</strong> places <strong>of</strong> tenements for the purpose<br />

<strong>of</strong> illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited by<br />

law.<br />
