and purposes of this council are, without regard to race,
color or creed: To promote research and 6irculate information
valuable to all persona concerned in . the care, rehabilitation
and education of the cerebral palsied. To
promote and aid through fellowships and scholarships, in
the training Qt competent personnel for the care, rehabilitation
and education of the cerebral palsied. To foster
the establishment of training centers for the cerebral
palsied. To foster a normal outlook for the cerebral
palsied. To promote the employment of the cerebral palsied;
to provide scholarships and endowments for the care, rehabilitation
and education- of the cerebral palsied. To cooperate
with governmental and private agencies concerned with the
welfare of the physically handicapped. To carry out the
aforesaid purposes solely for beneficent purposes and entirely
without pecuniary gain, benefit or profit to the
corporation or its members, officers and directors, to.
be located in the city of Boston, Mass* Said application
being accompanied by -a report from the Chief of police
stating that upon investigation they fail to find any
record of the above mentioned persons ever having been
engaged in the illegal selling of intoxicating liquors
or in the keeping of places of tenements for the purpose
of illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited by
law.

by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and forwarded to the
Secretary of the Commonwealth *
