The President, Alderman Mallard presiding.
Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole,
Hall, Butler> Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president
Brady present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading
dispensed with under a suspension of the rules and
records approved by yea and nay vote. Aldermen Ryan,
Radochla, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall, Butler,
Capuano, Whitney* Vice-president Brady and the President,
11, voting in the affirmative.
JURORS
Received a venire for the drawing of five men to
serve as traverse Jurors at the Superior Court to be holden
at Cambridge, the persona so drawn to appear and attend at
the first session of said court on .Monday, the sixth day of
December, 19^-g, at 10 A.M.
The box containing the names being shaken, and
the slips or ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen
Radochia and Ryan, being designated for that purpose,
drew from the box and read aloud names as follows:

Received a venire for the drawing of five men to

The slips or ballots bearing the names were
passed by the Aldermen to the President, who verified the
names and passed them to the Assistant City Clerk, who also
verified the names by reading them aloud from said
slips or ballots, which were then duly endorsed and returned
to the jury box.
HEARING-
Due notice of the hearing having been given by
the City Clerk in the manner provided by law and pro-
vided by ordinance, hearing was given for all persons
desiring to be heard on the following,
