The President, Alderman Mallard presiding.<br />

Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole,<br />

Hall, Butler> Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president<br />

Brady present.<br />

Reading <strong>of</strong> records commenced; further reading<br />

dispensed with under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and<br />

records approved by yea and nay vote. Aldermen Ryan,<br />

Radochla, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall, Butler,<br />

Capuano, Whitney* Vice-president Brady and the President,<br />

11, voting in the affirmative.<br />

JURORS<br />

Received a venire for the drawing <strong>of</strong> five men to<br />

serve as traverse Jurors at the Superior Court to be holden<br />

at Cambridge, the persona so drawn to appear and attend at<br />

the first session <strong>of</strong> said court on .Monday, the sixth day <strong>of</strong><br />

December, 19^-g, at 10 A.M.<br />

The box containing the names being shaken, and<br />

the slips or ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen<br />

Radochia and Ryan, being designated for that purpose,<br />

drew from the box and read aloud names as follows:<br />

1. Aleo A- Ciano 21 Linden St. Baker<br />

2. Clifford E. Morris 95 Heath St. Chauffeur<br />

3. Bronislaus P. Szabunka 2^ Bolton St. General<br />

5. John M. Murray 2^ Florence St. Inspector<br />

Received a venire for the drawing <strong>of</strong> five men to<br />

serve as traverse jrurors at the Superior Court to be<br />

holden at Cambridge, the persons so drawn to appear and<br />

attend at the second session <strong>of</strong> said court on Monday, the<br />

sixth day <strong>of</strong> December, 19^-S, at 10 A.M.<br />

Aldermen Radochia and Ryan drew names as follows:<br />

3. Walter C. Barletta 11 Broadway Truck driver<br />

The slips or ballots bearing the names were<br />

passed by the Aldermen to the President, who verified the<br />

names and passed them to the Assistant <strong>City</strong> Clerk, who also<br />

verified the names by reading them aloud from said<br />

slips or ballots, which were then duly endorsed and returned<br />

to the jury box.<br />

HEARING-<br />

Due notice <strong>of</strong> the hearing having been given by<br />

the <strong>City</strong> Clerk in the manner provided by law and pro-<br />

vided by ordinance, hearing was given for all persons<br />

desiring to be heard on the following,<br />
