That Continental Casualty Company,
the surety on sign permit bond, said" bond being given to"
secure the City of Somervllle on account of a license IssueApn
order of Board of Aldermen to O 1 Neil's Cafe - John
J. O'Neil for a neon sign over the sidewalk at 267 pearl
St., Somerville, on Sept* g, 1936, be_.and it hereby is re_leased
from further liability as surety on said bond, provided,
however, that this release shall not affect or release
the liability of the said surety on account of any
Obligation arising in connection with said bond prior to
the date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.
The said sign having been taken down, the license
granted to O 1 Neil's Cafe - John J. O'Nell for a sign over
the sidewalk at 267 Pearl St. is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the
City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this order
to the surety company above mentioned.

at 237A Elm Street on February 27t 1936, be and it hereby
is released from further liability as surety on said bond,
provided, however, that this release shall not affect or
release the liability of the said surety on account of
any obligation arising in connection with said bond prior
to the date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.
The said sign having been taken down, the license
granted to James Cassani d/b/a Davis Sq. Cafe for a.sign
over the sidewalk at 237A Elm Street is hereby revoke.d.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor*
the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of
this order to the surety company above mentioned.
