Co. for a neon electric sign over the sidewalk at 4l5-^31
Highland Ave. on Feb. 9, 1939, be and it hereby is'relea£ed_from
further liability as surety on said bond, provfded,
however, that this release shall not" affect~*br release
the liability of the said surety on account of any
obligation arising in connection with said bond prior to
the date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.
The said neon elec. sign having been taken down,
the license granted to Morgan's Furniture Co. for a sign
over the sidewalk at ^15-^31 Highland Ave. is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor.
the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy or
this order to the surety company above mentioned.
