structed jto clean the sewer in front <strong>of</strong> 22 Holland Street<br />

arid sewer causing the flooding <strong>of</strong> stores and a stench<br />

that is objectionable to the Immediate neighbors. Both<br />

for convenience and health purposes, the sewer must be<br />

cleaned at once.<br />

That the Commissioner <strong>of</strong> Streets Ijs<br />

hereby instructed to replace the "No Trucking" signs,<br />

at Corinthian Road end Broadway. The lack <strong>of</strong> said signs<br />

which were taken down when the road was repaired, is<br />

hazardous to the young children <strong>of</strong> the area* and the<br />

said signs should be replaced Immediately.<br />

tower. The servicing <strong>of</strong> this clock would be <strong>of</strong> inestimable<br />

value to the residents <strong>of</strong> that vicinity and to the<br />

shoppers in the Ualon Square Business District as well<br />

as to the accommodation <strong>of</strong> thousands <strong>of</strong> persons passing<br />

througi Union Square on the highways daily*<br />
