Deputy Chief of Police stating that on investigation we
fail to find any record of the above mentioned persons ever
having been engaged in .the illegal selling of intoxicating
liquors or in the keeping of places or tenements for the
purpose of illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited
by law.

Mayor and Board of Aldermen and forwarded to the Secretary
of the Commonwealth.
