contract in_the process of negotiation with the Snider
Fuel Co., but as of this date not consummated, is here-
by ordered not to be executed with the above named party
and the said City of somerville, because of unsatisfac-
tory deliveries made to the City of Somervllle and other
neighboring cities.

That a representative of the Seal er
ef Weights and Measures Department inspect every delivery
of coal made_JSp_Jjhe City of Soraerville,_both for quality
and tonnage, and that the Mayor be requested to include
in the budget of the Sealer of Weights and Measures, the
sum of $150.00 for analysis of coal delivered under the
coal contract for 19^9* If upon inspection the repre-
sentative of the Sealer of Weights and Measures Depart-
ment feels the quality is not right then such coal is
to have a chemical analysis.
