from further liability as surety on said bond, provided,"
however, that this release shall not affect or release
the liability of the said surety on account of any
obligation arising In connection with said bond prior
to the date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.

sidewalk at 365 Highland Ave. Somervilla, Is hereby re-
