that the proposed dedication of the new Veterans 1 Cemetery
scheduled for May 23rd will be postponed inasmuch as the
grounds are at present unsightly and incomplete, and It

for the Dedication with suitable exercises at a later date
when the Contract has been completed with all requirements
and construction of roads etc*
