payment <strong>of</strong> "an outstanding execution in the above amount in<br />

the action <strong>of</strong> Thomas R. Mullins v* <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>.<br />

This matter <strong>of</strong> Thomas R. MullinS', an employee <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>, Building Department,, is concerned<br />

with the rights and benefits <strong>of</strong> a returned veteran <strong>of</strong> World<br />

War II,<br />

The execution represents monies which Mr. Mullins<br />

should have received, had he been accorded -the, benefits and<br />

rights to which he was eatitled as a. returned World War II<br />

veteran., and which through inadvertence he failed to receive.<br />
