ORDINANCE NO. 75034
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "TRAFFIC ORDINANCES"
OF THE CITY OF SOMERVILLE^
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Somerville, as follows;
Section 1. Section 12, Article IV, Traffic Regulations,
^City of Somerville, entitled "General Prohibitions"
is"hereby amended by adding after the word ! curb ?
in the sixth (6th) line of 'Sub-section (1)' _the following
words;
"WITH THE PERMISSION pF THE CHIEF OF POLICE".

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage, approval by the Mayor and the Department of
Public Works, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is subject
to the penalties mentioned in the traffic regulations
of the City of Somerville.
Read twice and under the suspension of the rules
passed to be enrolled, roll call vote 9 yes - 1 absent.
