ORDINANCE NO. 75034<br />

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "TRAFFIC ORDINANCES"<br />

OF THE CITY OF SOMERVILLE^<br />

Be it ordained by the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the<br />

<strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>, as follows;<br />

Section 1. Section 12, Article IV, Traffic Regulations,<br />

^<strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>, entitled "General Prohibitions"<br />

is"hereby amended by adding after the word ! curb ?<br />

in the sixth (6th) line <strong>of</strong> 'Sub-section (1)' _the following<br />

words;<br />

"WITH THE PERMISSION pF THE CHIEF OF POLICE".<br />

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon<br />

its passage, approval by the Mayor and the Department <strong>of</strong><br />

Public Works, Commonwealth <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts, and is subject<br />

to the penalties mentioned in the traffic regulations<br />

<strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>.<br />

Read twice and under the suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules<br />

passed to be enrolled, roll call vote 9 yes - 1 absent.<br />
