Chapter_V_of the Revised Ordinances, which at the meeting of
February 13, 1948, further action was delayed, received
action as follows:
In Board of Aldermen February 27, 1948. It having
been printed and a copy laid on the desk of each alderman,
the ordinance was passed to be enrolled. Norman E. Corwin,
Clerk.

In Committee on Legislative Matters February 27,
1948. The said committee, having examined the within
ordinance, finds 'that -it is truly and correctly enrolled
and so reports. James F. Hall, Chairman.
In Board of Aldermen February 27, 1948. Passed to

That the Massachusetts Bonding and In-.
surance Company, the surety on sign permit bond C-241365,
said'bond being given to secure the City of Somerville on
account of a license issued on order of Board of Alderme'n
to Leon Bobbins for a sign over the sidewalk at 251 Elm" St.,
on Sept. 13, 1935, _be and it hereby is released from further_liability
as surety" on said bond, provided, however,
tifiat this release shall not affect or release the liability
of the said surety on account of any obligation arising in
connection with said bond prior to the date of the approval
of this order by the Mayor.
The said sign having been taken down, the license
granted to Leon Robbins for a sign over the sidewalk at
251 Elm St., Somerville is hereby revoked.
