dermen are hereby suspended insofar as they apply to the
meetings of the Board of Aldermen of July 23, August_13,
and August 27, 1948, and the City Clerk is hereby in-
structed to cause publication to be made that such meetings
are hereby cancelled and that no public hearings will be
held between July 9 and September 10, 1948.
