Provided, however, that no part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual and that the corporation shall not carry on propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation; to be located in the city of Boston, Mass., said application being accompanied by a report from the Deputy Chief of Police stating, that upon investigation he fails to find any record of the above mentioned person ever having been convicted of the illegal selling of intoxicating liquors or in the keeping of places or tenements for the purpose of Illegal gaming or In any other business prohibited by law.
