in, and study of, the business and fiscal activities
of local, county, state and federal governmental

Somerviiie and by co-operation with such agencies, strive
to assist in effecting economy and efficiency in such
activities, but these purposes shall not include the
right to apply for a license to sell alcoholic beverages,
to be located in the city of Somerviiie, Mass,, 13 Lesley
Ave.

Chief of police stating that upon investigation he falls
to find any record of the above mentioned persons every
having been engaged in the Illegal selling of intoxicat-
ing liquors or in the Keeping of places of tenements for
the purpose of illegal gaining^
